Bacon and Tomato Macaroni Salad

 
Ingredients -
2 cups Elbow Macaroni, cooked
5 Green Onions, chopped
1 large Vine-Ripened Tomato, diced
1-1/4 cups Celery, diced
1-1/4 cups Mayonnaise
5 teaspoons White Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 pound Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the celery, tomato, green onion and macaroni in a large bowl.

2. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

3. Pour the mixture over the macaroni and toss to coat.

4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

5. Add the bacon just before serving.
