Macaroni and Salami Salad

 
Ingredients -
6 Hard Cooked Eggs, shelled
1 (1 pound) box Elbow Macaroni, cooked
1/2 small White or Yellow Onion, sliced & diced
1/4 pound Hard Dry Salami, sliced thin & diced
Real Mayonnaise
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Separate the eggs.

2. Mix in the onions and salami and incorporate into the egg mixture.

3. Stir in the mayonnaise by the spoonful to the egg mixture until the mixture has the right creamy texture for you.

4. Add pepper and salt to taste.

5. Slowly add the macaroni, a little at a time.

6. Mix well.
