Macaroni Salad

 
Ingredients -
8 ounces Elbow Macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
3 Hard Cooked Eggs, quartered
1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Tomato, sliced
Cucumber Slices, for garnish
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the pasta, celery, eggs and green onion in a large mixing bowl.

2. Toss gently to combine.

3. Stir in the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

4. Add to the macaroni mixture and stir gently to mix thoroughly.

5. Top the macaroni salad with the tomato and cucumber slices.
