Tex Mex Macaroni Salad

 
Ingredients -
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Whole Milk
2 teaspoons Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Hot Sauce, to taste
1 package Macaroni, (8 ounces), cooked and drained
1 can Red Kidney Beans, (16 ounces), drained
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, diced
Salt, to taste
 
Preparation:

1. In a large serving bowl, combine the mayo, milk, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, macaroni, kidney beans and cheese.

2. Add in the hot sauce a few drops at a time until the desired hotness.

3. Stir to coat.

4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
